Beef Tartare

Yield: 3 Tbsp.

BEEF TARTARE RELISH

Yield: 2 c. | Shelf life: 7 days

INGREDIENTS

¼ c. chopped parsley
¼ c. chopped dill
¼ c. chopped tarragon
2 ea. white anchovies, chopped
2 ea. Small button mushrooms, diced
¼ c. jicama, diced
2 cloves minced garlic
1 c. shredded parmesan
¼ c. fennel, diced
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
¼ c. olive oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. salt

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix all ingredients together and let sit for about 1 hour to allow flavors2. Make sure that all chopped ingredients are finely cut and similar size for good consistency.
