work out at home five days a week. Before the pandemic, I used to go to the gym but as lockdown kicked in, I realised I needed to move every day. So I get up and do’s Karen Hauer. I walk to work. If I’m going to my BBC Radio London show, it’s five miles and if I’m at Virgin Radio, it’s eight.
