Potato-Topped Tex-Mex Beef Casserole
Serves 4-6, Prep and Cook 2 hours, 10 mins
1kg diced casserole beef
2 large onions, chopped
35g pkt Spice Mix for Chili (see Tip)
¹/³ cup tomato paste
425g can Mexe Beans
750g Golden Crunch Potato Gems
