Seven years ago, I gave birth to our eldest son called Moses.
Cradling him in hospital, I felt a sudden rush of love.
And quickly, I noticed that he was a little different to the other babies on the ward.
His fingers were tightly closed and the space between his eyes was wider.
‘He’s not got the Moro reflex,’ the doctor explained to me and my husband, Adewale.
‘What could that indicate?’ I asked him.
‘Neurological problems,’ the doctor replied.
