Crab and asparagus sourdough toast
SERVES 4 as a starter or light lunch
• 200g asparagus, woody ends removed• 225g white crab meat (sustainably sourced)• 5 chives, finely chopped• 1 tsp crème fraîche• 1 tsp horseradish sauce• 1 lemon, zest and juice• 4 thick slices of sourdough bread• 1 garlic clove• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil• Sea salt and black pepper
