WHAT DO YOU DO when you are not doing anything? That’s a trickier question than you might think. Especially now that we have instant access to almost every last item of the world’s rich array of information and entertainment in our hands or pockets, with virtually no off-switch. Doing nothing is nearly impossible but at the same time absolutely essential to good health, both mental and physical.
