BLOODY MARY PRAWN SANDWICH

Wash and Add 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp ketchup, ½ tsp paprika, 1 tbsp vodka (optional), a splash of tabasco and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Season and mix well. In another bowl, beat 75g softened butter, then add one mashed avocado to the butter with the juice of one lemon, and season. Spread 8 slices of brown bread with the avocado butter. Cover half of the slices with the prawn mixture and top with shredded lettuce. Cover with the remaining bread slices and press gently together, sprinkling with celery salt to serve.
