VIETNAMESE SUMMER ROLL
INGREDIENTS
• 2 thin paper rice sheet
• 40gms lettuce
• 30gms Chinese cabbage
• 20gms carrot
• 20gms cucumber
• 10gms green onion
• 15gms cilantro and mint
FOR SWEET & SOUR SAUCE:
• 5gms fresh red chilli
• 2ml soya sauce
• 50gms jaggery
• 20ml lemon juice
• 10gms garlic, chopped
• 5gms coriander, chopped
METHOD
• Cut all the vegetables in a shredded style. Keep it on a side.
• For sauce, melt
