No income for nightclub owners

SINCE the lockdown was implemented, South Africa’s nightclubs remain closed.

Nightclub owners in Durban said they needed to reopen soon to pay rentals on their premises and staff wages.

They said restaurants, pubs and taverns were playing music and were capitalising on the nightclub scene.

The owners said there was no association representing them.
