Garlic mushroom frittata

Frittata con funghi all’aglio

SERVES 1PREPARATION 5 minutesCOOKING 15 minutes

• 250g chestnut mushrooms
• butter, for frying
• 2 handfuls fresh spinach
• 1 clove garlic, peeled
• 1 tbsp of chives
• 1 handful rocket
• 4 Old Cotswold Legbar Eggs
