Dubbed a “Californian izakaya”, the restaurant serves a modern Asian menu inspired by chef-owner David Myers' favourite cuisines and destinations. His love for Japan is no secret, which is why you’ll find a selection of inspired offerings among which are the kombu sourdough, best eaten with a generous dollop of miso butter. There's also the uni ramen noodle piqued with pickled lemon and spinach harvested from the restaurant’s mini garden. Most dishes are prepared with elegant simplicity, allowing the ingredients' natural flavours to shine.
