Gimme GREENS!

Greens will save your life. I know, I know, that’s a bold statement to start a food column with, but I think eating loads of greens underpins good health and vitality more than anything else I’ve ever tried.

It hasn’t always come naturally to me as I’m someone who is more drawn to consuming cheesecake or fried bread over spinach and broccoli, so believe me when I say I know the struggle is real! But all I have to do is remember that greens are packed full of fibre, antioxidants and nutrients, and that our bodies really do crave and need them, even if our heads might not always
