Farmer embroiled in tussle over Sanral lease

A BLACK aspirational female farmer is tearing her hair out from the frustrations of dealing with a middleman over a farm she has leased from the South African National Roads Agency Limited (Sanral), as the State entity says she will have it no other way.

Noksie Kolwapi has a lease agreement on Portion 40 of the Holthill Farm 434, a 16-hectare piece of land situated in Plettenberg Bay, Western Cape, with Sanral, but she does not deal
