ALPHA (Three, 7.00pm). Young Australian actor Kodi Smit-McPhee has made a speciality of mostly post-apocalyptic survival movies. In this visually impressive family-friendly though occasionally bloody Stone Age adventure, he’s gone back 20,000 years or so to play Keda, a teenager in Palaeolithic Northern Europe who must rely on a wolf he tames to help him survive in the frozen wilderness after becoming separated from his tribe. (2018)

Harmless, wholesome and dull kids-befriend-dolphin movie
