Weight loss, the yoga way

WE SpENT the bulk of last year living and working under restrictions and conditions that led to increased stress levels, working from home, and more unhealthy meals in a day.

This resulted in a lot of people gaining unwanted weight.

Often we don’t realise what is happening until it’s 2.5kg or 10kg too late. It’s important to be honest with ourselves in any weight-loss journey and to set realistic goals, being mindful not to compare ourselves with others. This should start with a mindset change towards achieving weight loss.
