What do I need to trigger a second Speedlite 430EX III-RT, I have a Hahnel Tuff TTL transmitter and receiver for my existing 430EX III-RT?

You will need an extra receiver unit for each additional Speedlite you add to the system. However you could also change the approach and make use of the Speedlite 430EX III-RT’s built-in radio transmitter and receiver capability. You can place a Speedlite 430EX III-RT on the camera and use it as a commander to control up to fifteen remote units, the commander can flash or not. You may want to use both flashes off-camera, so you need a suitable transmitter. Canon’s Speedlite Transmitter ST-E3-RT is one option, though there are similar units from makers such as Yongnuo that work well with the Canon Speedlites. I’ve successfully used the Yongnuo
