HAM AND PINEAPPLE PULL-APART BREAD

SERVES 6-8 PREP AND COOK: 30 MINS

1 pane di casa loaf
100g garlic and herb butter spread, melted
1½ cups pizza-style grated cheese
225g can pineapple pieces
⅔ cup chopped leg ham

1 Using a large serrated knife, slice bread loaf into a 2.5cm-wide diamond pattern, cutting down two-thirds of the way to base but not to cutting all the way through.

2 Using a small spoon, drizzle garlic and herb butter over loaf, being sure to get into all the cracks. Fill with 1 cup of the cheese, then drained and chopped pineapple and ham. Sprinkle over remaining cheese. Season with pepper. Wrap the loaf in foil to enclose with the seal at the top of the loaf.
