BARBECUED CHICKEN NOODLE COMBO
SERVES 2 PREP 10 MINS
½ x 250g packet long-life noodles
1 tblsp each of light soy sauce and barbecue sauce
2 tsps sweet chilli sauce
100g shredded roast chicken meat
125g can corn kernels, drained
1 small carrot, coarsely grated
75g green beans, thinly sliced diagonally
1 Cook the noodles according to packet directions. Drain. Rinse under cold water. Drain well. Transfer to a medium bowl. Chop roughly with kitchen scissors.
Combine all sauces in a small jug. Add to noodles with chicken, corn, carrot and beans. Toss well.
