Kelten chopper

Christian Fitz is a lifelong scooterist and fan of both the Vespa and Lambretta, starting his exploits on a PK 80. In Germany a more standard approach has always been taken to scooters due to the strict rules and regulations regarding altering them, so as an avid reader of all scooter magazines since the 1990s he was exposed to seeing custom scooters on a regular basis but not in the flesh. Like any government rules, they can be flexed slightly to get around them so with this in mind Christian finally set about his goal of building a full-blown Lambretta chopper.
