Wada independence threat

ON SEPTEMBER 3, 2020, South Africa took part in a very important virtual meeting which was attended by the National Anti-Doping Organisations from around the world.

Among the many issues they looked into was progress or lack thereof, since the signing of The Copenhagen Declaration four years earlier – on August 30, 2016, to be precise. In attendance along with South Africa were Anti-Doping organisations of Canada, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, France, Germany, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Sweden, Poland, Norway, UK, US and Switzerland.
