    300g cake flour
    ¼ tsp salt
    2 Tbsp caster sugar
    6 large eggs
    900ml full-cream milk
    Butter and oil for frying

    FOR THE GANACHE

    300g chocolate
    300ml cream

    FOR THE TOPPING

    100g chocolate
