GRILLED ANDOUILLE SAUSAGE ROLLS

A spicy slaw and sweet-and-sour sauce balance the smoky flavor of andouille in this recipe.

4 cups shredded red cabbage (about ½ medium head)
½ cup sliced red onion
⅓ cup chopped green onion
2 tablespoons chopped drained pickled jalapeño
1 tablespoon pickled jalapeño juice
1 tablespoon cane syrup
1 teaspoon kosher salt
4 links andouille sausage (about 1 pound), halved lengthwise
