2–3 cups thinly sliced vegetables such as: green beans, carrot, asparagus, zucchini, broccoli, capsicum, wombok, bok choy
Pinch of salt
300g protein such as tofu, left-over cooked fish, free-range minced pork, poached shredded chicken, beef strips
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin
Iceberg or cos lettuce cups, to serve
Steamed rice, to serve
