    Arcane. It’s not vegan but has a separate vegan menu which we have enjoyed on numerous occasions. It’s our favourite restaurant in Hong Kong. Its dishes, presentation, wine list and service are exemplary. Shane Osborne, the Michelin-starred Aussie chef, is a legend, and his playlist is pretty awesome too. (arcane.hk)
