    1 tbs Queen Bubble Gum FLavour for Icing (see tip) or flavour of your choice
    2 tsp Queen Rose Pink food colouring
    450g pkt double unfilled sponge cake
    500ml Peters Original Rainbow ice-cream, softened slightly
    4 egg whites
    250g caster sugar

    Lightly grease a 2L
