Chicken Satay

Makes 12, Prep and Cook: 40 mins

600g chicken breast fillets
12 x 16cm-long bamboo skewers
Fresh coriander and chopped peanuts, to garnish
Fresh lime halves, to serve

SATAY SAUCE

¹/ ³ cup crunchy peanut butter
½ cup coconut milk
1 tblsp sweet chilli sauce
2 tsps soy sauce
1½ tblsps lime juice

1 Cut chicken lengthways into 1cm-thick slices. Weave onto skewers.
