Take a break from your usual spaghetti bolognese with this delicious alternative, made with tasty pork and fragrant fennel.
SERVES 4 PREP 5 MINS COOK 30 MINS
✱ 500g lean pork mince (5% fat or less)
✱ 2tsp fennel seeds, lightly crushed
✱ 1 large fennel bulb, chopped, fronds reserved (see tip)
✱ 750g passata with onions and garlic
✱ 500g dried linguine (or tagliatelle)
