I reckon autumn is one of the best times of year to be outdoors. The days are crisp and sunny (hopefully), the crowds are gone, the roads less busy and it’s a pleasure to cook and eat outdoors.
Now, chili is one of those dishes that everyone has their own version of – so here is mine. What could be more delicious when the evening starts to cool down after a fun day outdoors?
