Hello! It’s so fantastic to be joining Baking Heaven, I’m rea lly excited to be wr iting recipes for such a gorgeous and inspirational baking magazine!

Did you learn any new baking skills or try exciting recipes during lockdown? It was wonderful to see so many people getting into baking, especially breadmaking, and having to attempt birthday or celebration cakes for their households! I really enjoyed giving guidance and one-to-one tutorials in my baking bootcamps, helping bakers to achieve their dream cakes. It was great fun and a rewarding way to spend time during lockdown!
