LAMB SAUSAGE WITH TZATZIKI, FETA AND TOMATOES

30ml (2T) tandoori paste
30ml (2T) plain double-cream yoghurt
500-800g lamb sausages
TZATZIKI
250ml (1c) plain double-cream yoghurt
½ cucumber, seeds removed and grated
a few sprigs fresh mint, chopped
salt and black pepper
TOMATOES
300g Roma tomatoes, halved
1 round feta, cubed
a handful fresh parsley, chopped
salt and black pepper
30ml (2T) balsamic vinegar
TO SERVE
4-6 hot dog rolls
1 round feta
