Vegan berry crumble bars with superberries
MAKES 9
150g (5½oz) rolled porridge oats
180g (6½oz) plain flour
130g (4½oz) light brown sugar
175g (6oz) coconut oil
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
For the filling
2 tsp cornflour
1 tbsp lemon juice
150g (5½oz) strawberry jam
400g (14oz) mixed fresh berries
