2 x 100g Toblerone bars, plus extra pieces, to serve
200g butter, chopped, plus extra, melted, to grease
100g ( 1/2 cup) brown sugar
2 eggs
150g (1 cup) self-raising flour
Vanilla ice-cream, to serve

1 Preheat oven to 160°C/140°C fan forced. Brush six 200ml ramekins with extra melted butter. Cover the base of each ramekin with a disc of baking paper.
