FAIR AND SQUARE

You will need

■ Centre square fabric – 3in x WOF

■ Light fabrics – 3½yds in total

■ Dark fabrics – 3½yds in total

■ Backing fabric(s) – 6¼yds OR thirty (30) 15in squares

■ Backing joining strip fabric – 1½yds

■ Batting – Thirty (30) 15in squares

■ Binding fabric – 20in x WOF

Cutting out

1 From the centre square fabric, cut thirty (30) 1½in squares.

2 From light fabrics, cut as follows for each block A:

■ Two (2) 1½in squares.

■ Two (2) 3½in x 1½in strips.

■ Two (2) 5½in x 1½in strips.

■ Two (2) 7½in x 1½in strips.

■ Two (2) 9½in x 1½in strips.

■ Two (2) 11½in
