Simply translated as ‘rancher eggs’, this Mexican-inspired breakfast will cure any hangover. The chilli will sort you out, releasing those feel-good endorphins – if you like it really spicy, add some extra at the end.

For most of us, breakfast is a hurried affair during the week, but a long weekend like the Easter holiday is the ideal opportunity to indulge.
