Turkey & coriander burgers with guacamole
• Serves 4 • Prep 15 mins • Cook 15 mins uncooked burgers only
400g turkey mince
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
85g fresh breadcrumbs
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 large ripe avocado or 2 small, stoned and halved
1 chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
4 ciabatta rolls, split
1 tsp sunflower oil
8 hot pickled cherry peppers, roughly chopped
