When it comes to an athlete’s nutrition, you wouldn’t be blamed for overlooking the sport of airgun shooting. Most shooters, whether they’re out hunting in the fields, or in the woods shooting an HFT course, don’t usually cover the same amount of ground as footballers, and they come home with significantly fewer bruises and injuries than their local rugby team.
