BREAKFASTS

1 Smoked salmon and horseradish cream cheese sandwich

Serves 1, 594kcal

Toast 2 slices of sourdough bread (90g). Mix 70g cream cheese and ¼tsp horseradish cream. Spread on toast, add 120g smoked salmon, 50g radish slices, 70g beetroot and 70g slice cucumber. Sprinkle with ½tsp seeds.

2 Speedy scrambled eggs with tomatoes

Serves 2, 553kcal (V)

Beat 6 medium eggs and 2tbsp semi-skimmed milk. Place 4 tomatoes on a baking tray, drizzle with 2tsps oil and grill. Put 20g of half-fat butter into a pan and heat. Cook egg mixture until set. Toast 4 slices of bread
