CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY POTS

These little chocolate pots are heavenly, plus the raspberries offer a healthy boost of vitamin C.

PER SERVING

MAKES 6

175g (6oz) raspberries
4tbsp framboise liqueur
2tbsp icing sugar
200g (8oz) dairy-free dark chocolate
150ml (¼pt) Oatly creamy oat or soya single cream
1tsp vanilla bean paste
1 organic egg white
3tbsp dairy-free coconut yogurt, to serve

YOU WILL NEED:

6 x 150ml (¼pt) glasses or ramekins

1 Mash the raspberries lightly with half the framboise and all of the icing sugar, then spoon into the glasses or ramekins.
