½ x 250g packet rice vermicelli noodles1 tblsp vegetable oil½ cup Malaysian laksa paste500g chicken breast fillets, trimmed, thinly sliced650g butternut pumpkin, peeled, cut into 1cm pieces1 litre (4 cups) boiling chicken stock150g green beans, trimmed, halved400ml can coconut milk2 tblsps fish sauce1 tblsp lime juice1 cup fresh coriander leaves
