A popular technique for managing anxiety involves stopping to observe what’s is one such meditative exercise. Although they are brilliantly varied, every one of its logic puzzles adheres to the same rule: you must draw a line through a maze to solve it. Doing so requires not just focus on the task at hand – generally, a single puzzle panel takes up almost the entire screen to mandate this – but the ability to tap into the environment around you, and uncover the clues it might be offering.
