We’ve given this traditional pie a twist with a sweet potato topping.

1kg (2¼lb) sweet potatoes, peeled and roughly chopped
750g (1½lb) Maris Piper potatoes, peeled and roughly chopped
500g (1lb 2oz) lamb mince
½tbsp olive oil
2 medium onions, finely diced
2 sticks celery, finely chopped
2 carrots, finely chopped
