FILO FISH PIES

These are a colourful twist on the traditional fish pie.

SERVES 6

For the filling:

300ml (½pt) semi-skimmed milk
2 bay leaves
200g (7oz) hake, cut into chunks
150g (5oz) smoked haddock, cut into chunks
200g (7oz) salmon, cut into chunks
