Anzac Biscuits
Makes 14, Prep and Cook: 30 mins
1 cup plain flour
1 1/3 cups traditional rolled oats
¾ cup caster sugar
¾ cup desiccated coconut
125g unsalted butter, chopped
2 tblsps golden syrup
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 tblsps boiling water
1 Grease and line two large oven trays with baking paper.
2 Place flour in a large bowl. Stir in oats, sugar and coconut.
