Rise and shine. Stick to your routine even through you may be house-bound to alleviate stress and anxiety. Begin the day with 10 minutes of daily journaling — studies show that scheduling ‘think time’ to go through any worries, concerns or ‘to-dos’ boosts productivity and mental health (and we all need to look after our mental health in isolation.
