PER SERVING 124 cals; 3.5g fat; 2g sat fat; 16.5g carbs

SERVES 1

75g (2½fl oz) semi-skimmed milk
15g (½oz) sugar-free muesli or dry Bircher muesli
45g (1½oz) natural yogurt

1 Put the milk into a bowl and sprinkle the muesli on top. Leave to soak for 30 mins or overnight if you like.

2 Serve topped
