Tequila has been on a tear the last couple of years. Sales are spiking, new bottlings are constantly rolling out, and especially in May, when Cinco de Mayo throws a celebratory spotlight on Mexico’s native spirit, bartenders are mixing all sorts of margaritas for thirsty American revelers.
