90g butter, softened
½ cup (110g) caster sugar
1 teaspoon finely grated orange rind
2 eggs
1 cup (150g) self–raising flour
½ cup (125ml) passionfruit pulp
⅓ cup (95g) Greek yoghurt
2 tablespoons passionfruit pulp, extra

CREAM CHEESE ICING

30g butter, softened
100g cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon finely grated orange rind
1½ cups (240g) icing sugar

Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan. Line a 12-hole (⅓-cup/80ml) muffin pan with paper cases.
