270g broad beans, fresh or frozen, podded½ cup frozen peas, cooked in boiling water for 3 mins or until soft½ garlic clove, finely chopped1 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil½ tsp ground cumin10 mint leaves3 tbsp roughly chopped parsley2 tbsp Greek yoghurtGenerous pinch salt1 packet Carman’s Super Seed & Grain Crackers
