FIND SPACE

YOGA ISN’T ONLY a great way to stretch and tone your body and muscles, it’s also an excellent way to calm your mind, strengthen your body and find space where there wasn’t any to begin with. The physical and mental changes pregnancy comes with can be incredibly stressful, making yoga the perfect way to help you maintain a healthy mind and body.

The practice of yoga can help you adjust to the physical demands that come with pregnancy, labour and birth. It’s a safe way to stretch your body, so that you can ease the process of supporting your growing belly.

The poses we’ve chosen for you focus on creating space in your body where there might not have been space before. Remember to take your time, breathe – and only go as far as you can.
