SWEET AND SPICY STIR-FRY

SERVES 4 (AS A MAIN)
250g beef sirloin or rump steak
3 Tbsp hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp minced or finely chopped red chilli
1 Tbsp canola oil
2 tsp finely chopped ginger
200g broccoli, cut into small florets
1 red or yellow capsicum, cut into strips
1 cup shelled edamame (see Cook’s Tips, opposite)
140g (⅔ cup) SunRice Low GI
